One of the key requirements under GDPR is to report, to the relevant supervisory authorities, any data breach (i.e. lost or stolen personal data) within 72 hours of us becoming aware of such a breach.

To enable us to comply with our obligations we need you to provide some key information so that we can inform both the relevant supervisory authority, and if necessary the data subjects whose data has been breached.

You can report a data breach calling one of the freephone numbers detailed above, depending on which country you are in. When you become aware of a breach please report it as soon as possible, so we can meet the regulatory reporting requirements. Breaches can also be reported to your local Data Lead.

Please provide as much information as you can about the breach so that we can investigate the breach quickly and provide appropriate advice to the data subjects to help us reduce the impact to them further. Breaches can be reported anonymously, but it would help greatly if you can identify yourself to help us investigate. All information provided will be treated in strict confidence.
